“Set goals? But I don’t even know what’s going to happen tomorrow!”
I get it. It can feel ridiculous for e-commerce sellers to think about setting Q2 goals right now when times are so uncertain. But I retreated into nature and created our Q2 goals for Seller Accountant the other day, and it gave me new clarity.
